Cause of incidence:
As the age goes up, retrogradation of the cervical vertebra may occur.
Mostly for lowering one's head when working for long periods of time
and bearing too much pressure on one's fifth and sixth cervical vertebras.
If this is proven by X-ray and relevant symptoms, then the diagnosis
of the disease can certainly be made.
Specitic Symptoms:
Stiff neck, shoulder and back pain or numb fingers, dizziness with nausea,
vomit, lower limbs feel tightly drawn, numbness and walking difficulties,
results in easily stumbling and falling, and suffer from incontinence
of feces and urine.
Excitation mechanism of this machine:
Through high frequency spiral vibration, to enhance the local blood circulation,
relieve the lesion, congestion, oedema of the pathologically-changed tissues;
alleviates muscular strain and reduces the pressure on the root of the
nerve.
Operation Method
Directly recovering method (1):
- Putting the buttocks on
the central protruding part, bend the knees streching outwardly with two
soles closely touched and straighten the waist tiny bit backwards, the
patient voluntarily move slowly their head, facing leftward extremely
for 30 seconds, then return to the normal positioin (see fig. 1);
- Repeat the same action
in the opposite way (fig. 2);
- Raise slowly the head extremely for 30 seconds
then return to the normal position (fig. 3);
- Finally lower slowly the head extremely for 30 seconds, and then return
to the normal position (fig. 4).

Note: Those who have dizziness or walking trouble or numbness of lower
limbs can't use this method.
Directly recovering method (2):
Those who suffer from shoulder stiffness may take lying posture with the
machine directly applied to the painful spots to patients endurace. (with
a component bed or bed pad under) (fig_5)

Indirectly recovering method
On the basis of whole feet vibration, pay special attention to the
following areas:
- Cervical vertebras, vetebra (fig.6)
- Neck. trapezius
reflex area (fig.7)
